I have a pending withdrawal at the above casino, that is proving rather difficult to get my hands on.
I was asked for photographic evidence of drivers license, proof of address, and the front and back of mydebit card.I thought that was all a bit much, but gave the casino the benefit of the doubt, as they wanted to be sure they were putting the money in the right account.
Maybe I was a bit naive, but I thought that would be more than enough information.
I then get a further email, asking me to print off a form, and sign it to confirm a deposit.
That's when I realised that I was being made to jump through hoops.
I can't even open the form, and even if I could I don't have a printer. And what am I supposed to do with the form if I could get it printed off? Post it back??
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Um, this complaint can be removed.I humbly apologize to Grand Reef, as the difficulty of the withdraw was all down to my own inexperience and the fact that I should read my emails more carefully!
