Crazy Vegas Casino - Did not give me the correct bonus and now are making it difficult to verify my account

Firstly upon logging into my account a pop-up like promotion offering that I have become eligible for this one time offer of 100% bonus appears I click on the promotion to accept it and it confirmed that as soon as I have made a deposit my bonus will there. I only got 50% so after arguing with them via telephone and email about my bonus they have made it difficult for me to withdraw my money I have emailed them photos of my drivers licence back and front, back and front of card I used to make a deposit, my passport and a utility bill as i explained to them is not in my name as I am sharing a house with the person who owns it. They also wanted me to fill in and sign a cash in document in which they said I could hand write and take photo of due to not having a printer in which is asking me for registered card and registered dates. I would not know what date is they registered card.....I dont keep track of what days I make a deposit . Please help all I want is my money back in which I deposited last

Not sure if it was with your help or not but after around 10 phone calls and 25 emails I just got an email telling me that they are releasing my deposit in good faith so will see if it actually ends up in my account as the girl I first spoke to before all the dramas said she was going to put the withdrawal in the card I deposited with and change deposit method at her end as what I deposited with was not made available for me to withdraw with

I got an email saying that I could not use mastercard to make a withdrawal so I thought I would give them a call to find out what I could withdraw with. Strange thing is before I actually said who I was or got a chance to explain situation the operator said I can use mastercard. Then upon getting my account number and name I got some real lame excuse why I could not use my mastercard to withdraw. Sounds pretty suss to me. I had to opt to get a regular cheque in which I am told can take 2-3 weeks so will see what happens. I live in Australia and have purchased items of Ebay from England and usually receive a parcel in less than 1 wee, so why 2-3 weeks for something that fits in a regualar envelope is beyond me

Hello,

On 20th October, We tried to pay back to Master Card, however, the payment had failed, likely due to the fact that the issuing bank does not accept payments from Online Casinos.
We then submitted payment by regular check to the address supplied. The reason we give a time frame of 2 - 3 weeks, is to allow for any delays etc. as we have no control over the postal/mail services. The check could very well arive much sooner than the stipulated time frame.

I'm waiting on check but think its strange they are saying my mastercard does not accept withdrawals from casinos. It never use to but I know for a fact that the policy has now changed as I also play at Vegas7 casino and I got a withdrawal to my mastercard from them they also informed me when I was inquiring what card I could use to make a withdrawal that I can now use my mastercard. Anyway I think That you can close the case I will reopen if I don't receive the check as promised and thankyou very much for your help, you guys at Askgamblers do are terrific job.
