Diceland Locked Me Out

I signed up yesterday to play at Diceland and lost. Went back today and deposited $300. When I was playing my screen went blank and they locked me out! I still had money. I did not ask for any bonuses.

Turns out they made an error in closing my account and reopened it. Thank you for your help!

I want everyone to know that this complaint has not been resolved yet and Noah is telling me that I did not deposit money at the casino. This is not true and I have provided my bank information evidencing deposit..

I sent two emails to support and tried to call. No one answers the phone and nobody responded to my emails. Starcaster is my user name. I never played at Diceland before.
