Diceland Casino wont pay my payout
The name of the casino is Diceland Casino I logged in on 5/17/2011 and there was a 15.00 USD bonus in my account, I never asked for this bonus. I played this bonus and I hit a jackpot of 4,000.00 on video poker. I played off the playthrough bonus and gave back the casino 1600.00 of the jackpot and withdrew 2400.00. I recieved an e-mail today from Stuart S. of Diceland Casino today at 9:31am informing me that they will only give me 150.00 of that pending withdrawl because of this measly little bonus that they put in my account. This is not right and I feel not fair gaming either. I e-mailed them a response today saying just that I want my 2400.00 not 150.00. Please help me or lead me in the right direction to collect my money.

Philz47, what pokerincanada does have with Diceland Casino?
Last saturday I tried to withdraw 1001 dollars from pokerincanada. I was playing the 80's video slot game and I hit a good amount. Its says it will take 72-48 hours to withdraw into my ecocard account.
I have emailed there operations department on tuesday with no response. I talk to a live representative and they say it's out of there hands. There is no phone number to call just 24/7 online support. Is there not a better business bureau for these sites or they can do whatever they want? And does anybody know how to get you're money from them?
I had an issued with Diceland today. I just signed up and played yesterday without asking for a bonus. In fact, I asked them to remove my bonus. Today, I deposited $300 and when i was playing Diablo, my screen went black. I tried to log back in and said account locked to call support. Well, I tried to call support and the telephone number did not work. This was my first clue that this casino is bogus! I emailed them and they have no responded.

Diceland Casino Management has advised me thru my rep
that they won't pay my full amount. I still want all done to get my money that is rightfully mine. Please help.
