I opened a account with Diceland, and deposited over $200.
Barry phoned me to confirm my particulars. I lost but thought I would give it another try the following day.
Tommy assisted me with my question about the fact that there were no credit card deposit method available. He said I should wait and then all of a sudden Mate came on and ask me where I'm from.
I informed him that I'm from South Africa and that Barry already confirmed this. "That is a lie" was his reply. I was really unset with this acqusation and demanded to speak to a Supervisor. Mate informed me that he was the "manager".
Is this the kind of service you render? Is it acceptable to call people liars and take there
money? Is your system so outdated that simple info about a guest whereabouts escapes you?
I was surprised to read your account of what transpired, can you please send your user ID to email@example.com, so I can investigate?

I have emailed the player who has not informed us of his ID yet, and am awaiting his reply. We have not been able to find the chat as of yet. I will update you as soon as he responds.

As I've explained the player has not answered his email address not is his user ID his casino ID, so we have no way of finding out who he is. Awaiting further details.
If we don't hear from player until this complaint expired, we will consider it as resolved on casino's satisfaction.
