Diceland Casino hasn't sent my withdraw since May 3rd, 2012
I put in for a withdraw of $800 on May 3, 2012. Aaron e-mailed me two weeks ago telling me it would be here last week. I have e-mailed him several times. I have e-mailed Walter in the finance department. I know my banking information is correct because I got a withdraw two weeks before this one. Aaron has been wonderful on helping me stop my gambling, at my request. He made it so I can not deposit again. But, I am frustrated and seem to think since I won't be playing any more that they have decided to not send me my money.
Neither Aaron or Walter will e-mail me back. It would be nice to at least get a response as to why it is delayed. My daughter has been hospitalized back east and I need this money to fly back and help her. It would be nice to know if I am even going to get my money. I am starting to have some doubts.

I got an e-mail from Aaron last week saying the payment would be in this week. It was the same thing he said two weeks before. Noah, I do not understand what a communication problem would be. Nineteen business days from May 3rd is May 30th. The only problem is that I do not have my $800 and your casino is not complying with what they advertise as the time allowed to get a withdraw.
It is the end of the week and I have seen no money go into my account. It should be $800 minus the $50 fee for wiring. It was NOT on a free chip. Noah said they were sending only $100 by the end of this week. Nothing has showed up. It's amazing how you can put in for a withdraw, keep getting excuses, and after over a month they come back and say it was on a free chip? My experience with free chips is that they tell you RIGHT AWAY that $150 is the max amount. No money yet. I honestly don't think this is going to happen at all.
There is no reason to think you will not receive your funds, I can assure you. You have asked me to verify that your withdrawal should be based on a deposit not a free chip, We are trying to verify this. Please let us do so as I'm trying to get you the best result.

I received an e-mail from Noah saying that they are working on my situation. He assured me payment, but, I have seen nothing as of yet.
I realize that Diceland is "working" on my withdraw, but, time just seems to go on. I wrote Noah yesterday. When I went into my Diceland account to see what the withdraw said, it did not show an $800 withdraw for May 3, 2012. Now I am really confused. He guarantees me that I will get my money, but I would like it in this lifetime.

Just to update this forum that we last communicated 2 days ago regarding $700 deposited into your account to be withdrawn. I hope everything is going ok with this, haven't received your word yet that you withdrew.
The amount of $700 is $100 less than what I originally put in for on my withdraw. I am surprised that if they finally found the withdraw that they came up with $100 less. But, all in all, I am satisfied that they came back with something. I am satisfied to let the situation rest. Someday when they do an audit, they will find my correct withdraw. Thank you, Noah, for your time and consideration with the situation.
