Desert Nights Casino - Invalid Bonus Codes

Stay away from this casino. Every week they send out emails w/ fabulous bonuses. The problem is most of the time the bonus codes don't actually work. When I first start playing there wasn't such an issue. As time went on it got worse and worse. Now there's not even a phone number to call them. Seriously? It's really bad if you cannot even contact via phone.

The way they get is that you make a deposit, based on the bonus % you think you'll receive. Then you try to claim the code and it doesn't work. You contact Live Chat and they always have an excuse. Either, "The code is Expired", yet they just sent the email that day or the day before. Or "Oh that was a mistake in the email". This has happened now about numerous times now. Then they say that you can use another code which is much much less than what you were supposed to receive.

I know I'm a glutten for punishment, but I decided to give them another try today. This time I claimed the coupon code first and the system stated that it expired. The email with the coupon code was received yesterday, Thursday, 10/25/12. It listed several codes, one being 200% for Friday "FRIDAYFEST"; which I was trying to claim on Friday. Again I contacted Live Chat. After 5 minutes of waiting, Julie simply stated "the code has expired". I explained that that was not possible as today was Friday. I then waited another 10 minutes with no response and was like "Hello". After another minute or so Julie responded that she was busy helping other people. Really? So I said "That's not my problem. You should be responding only to me at this moment." and Julie replied "Please do not be selfish, we have to pay the same attention to all the customers"...."as I said, the promotion is expired".

This is beyond ridiculous. Besides given fraudulent coupon codes, they obviously do not care about Customer Service!

Thanks for posting. I am sorry to hear of the problems you have had with bonus codes.
