Emu Casino - $40 taken wrongly from my deposit

I was told that the $40 payment was because I deposited money opening a new bonus before forfeiting the bonus before it. They told me the $40 was taken from winnings acquired from the previous bonus. They may have me on a technicality but to the fact of the matter is I have never withdrawn money from this casino and my account $0 when I put the deposit in. I spoke to Jeff on live support and he agreed that what happened was wrong but Felicia in my emails says it's within their rights to take that money.

As mentioned on our other response.

Please accept our apologies for this error, we have a new member of staff in the customer support team who accidentally, incorrectly informed you that this only related specifically to a bonus forfeit issue.

You did indeed also speak to a different member of our support team on live chat who correctly informed you that this was a technical issue that needed to be resolved. Just to clarify that when you deposited $100, only $60 showed up in your bank balance.

As promised, the missing funds have now been credited to your account and you will see them there in your cash balance when you next login.

It was resolved but I firmly believe with out the help of this website it wouldn't have been.

Hi Frenz,

You would have received the funds you deposited, regardless of this site, we do not simply remove money from player’s deposits.

You spoke to Jeff on live chat who correctly informed you that this was a technical error with the system and that you would be receiving your missing funds.

This was confirmed to you before you posted anything on this site.

You were unfortunately misinformed by another CS agent, but regardless of this, you would have still received your funds.

You received your missing funds on the same day they were removed.
