Prospect Hall Casino - Deposit done, but not credited to balance

I deposited money using PayPal but it was not credited to my prospect hall casino account. I received confirmation from PayPal that fund left my account. I contacted customer service via email but they ignored me until the fourth email, they said that they cannot see any deposit attempt, and that if the fund left my account it should return. I contacted PayPal who sent them proof that they received the money, and I also sent them a PayPal confirmation that I deposited fund on my account. They ignored all that. This is purely and simply theft. This is not fair and I call it "dishonesty' never trust this casino again or play on this site. I feel cheated and very disappointed.
