GoWild Casino - Deposit limit ignored by Them

First off I want to say that I have absolutely no problem with the casino itself. It is the best.

I have won a lot of money here and they always pay me fast.

I have asked for a permanent deposit limit 7 times since 10 days ago. Customer support told me to email my host. Irene, very nice to me.

All 7 emails have gone unanswered.

I want a permanent 250 dollar weekly deposit limit on my account.

She is not responding, customer service says they can't do anything.

Please help. I am able to use a method of deposit that can be extremely high. I don't ever want to do that but I need to be safe.

Please help

250 Canadian permanent weekly deposit never to be changed.

On another note, I once had this limit and changed it. I also excluded myself for non gaming issues and it was reversed.

This time I want the weekly deposit limit never to be raised.

My colleague Dean informed you regarding the standard procedure to set limits on your account.
The procedure was to send an e-mail informing our finance department of the limits you'd like to have.
However, starting this month, it may be done directly via Live Chat
In order to assist our players in the best manner possible.
