I joined Quartz casino tonight, and tried to add £200. An error message came up, so I tried again. Another error message came up. I then checked my bank, and it has been taken!! I then went back to the casino, and they are saying the money has not gone into my casino account either. I need the full £400 back, immediately. I don't want to play with this terrible casino, not even with the original £200 I had intended. I feel as though this money has been stolen from me, and I am now in financial trouble as double the amount I had intended to spend has been taken, and hasn't even appeared in my casino account!! The casino are saying I will have to send proof (I've emailed them a screenshot of my bank account), won't give me a time frame on when this will be sorted (it needs to be soon as I'm now an extra £200 down for the month), and are even insinuating on live chat that I may be lying! I am disgusted and very worried,
