I received an email from all jackpots saying ...Andrew depoist now and you will receive 150% bonus and if thats not enough i.ll throw in an extra $10 . So i depoisted and received nothing i contacted online chat who admitted that sendin me the email was a mistake from the casnio cause i did not qualify for that bonus . But it was not possible to give me the bonuses the email had promised .

I then contacted [email protected] , emails went back and forth eventually they asked for a copy of the email .. then today they sent the email back and said if you depoist again we can give u 150% bonus but not the extra $10 . I got on live chat where i spoke to sid who told me i will NOT BE gettin any bonus and pretty much stop complaining as ive only depoisted once ... it got pretty heated and at the dnd when i tried to rate the chat i was unable to.
If a casnio sends and email and i do as that email says then why should that casnio be able to say na your not getting it .. its not a big bonus but its the principle of the matter

Hi Andrew,

Thanks for the screenshot. What I can't see is the bottom of the email where terms & conditions are usually located. Normally offers like this require a deposit of at least a certain amount, or are available for a specific date range. Would it be possible to post that part of the email?

Thanks,
Michal

Yep no worries

Thanks again, Andrew. Would you be able to open that link? To see what the actual terms & conditions of this offer are?

Surely you have this email , and surely u know your own terms and conditions. Not once did your online support team mention or check this . But anyway theres your screenshots

Thanks, Andrew. I did check with our email department to see if we could pull up the email you received - and it matches what you posted here. You'll notice it does require a 20-credit minimum deposit for this 150% offer. From what I can see, you deposited $10 on the day you received the email, and a further $5 three days later. That explains why you did not receive the 150% + $10 offered in the email.

Best regards,
Michal

Michal ..

So its taken 7 days and lets say 20 + emails back and forth with online chat and ya self and its now at askgamblers as a complaint and finally someones gave me a reason .. So all the BS your online support went on with was absolute BS .. Also i notice in the small print it also says . THE MINIMUM DEPOIST can be up to the discretion on the casnio , but your casnio your rules . After all it was 15aud .. thanks for your time michal but after all this i have lost all respect for ALL JACKPOTS i wish for u to close my account . I hope that 15aud all jackpots saved was worth a customer ..

When it says the minimum deposit can be at the discretion of the casino, it means that the casino can make an offer requiring a higher or lower minimum deposit, but that exception to the rule would have to be communicated somewhere in the offer.

I understand you are frustrated with your experience, however, and I will pass on your comments to casino management.

Michal

I.ll leave the comversation saying this : The issue was not resolved nor was i happy with it .
1 . The online support at all jackpots didnt even look at the terms and conditions
2 . After about 6 emails the GM sent an email saying look after this guy
3 . They re-offered me the deal and asked me to depoist again
4. The team leader gave me a $14 good will bonus .

So after all that ALL JACKPOTS have no idea what there doing .
NOT TO BE TRUSTED .

Based on the bonus Terms and conditions, minimal deposit amount is 20. Player's obligation is to read T&C very carefully. Also we recommend to the casino to make more visible bonus T&C. We consider this complaint resolved and closed.
