Captain Jack Casino - Denied payment after account approval?!

I had received a players reward card in the mail, In case you don't know what that is, it is a card like a visa or MasterCard you can use to deposit money to online casinos. I used it and won 500$, I requested a withdraw and it said "Manager Withdrawal Approved!" on the 10th of February 2016. I did not use any bonus code on this deposit.

I called customer service today march 2nd 2016 at 18882882939 only to be hung up on twice! and told that " Manager Withdrawal Approved! " means denied withdraw, That seems like BS to me.

I have sent an email to [email protected] today as well to ask why that person would have told me it was denied and also to ask why my only withdraw option was via a check in the mail even though this was not my first withdraw with them.

They have no problem taking my money but it seem like they will do anything to not pay out.

I will update with any further news but as of rite now I don't feel very confident about this withdraw.

Your Players Rewards Card (PRC) does come with certain Terms and Conditions:


Only bets placed in Bingo games, Slots, Keno, European Slot Poker, and Scratch Card games will be allowed. Any other game is restricted.

Unfortunately, you played BlackJack, Multiplayer Roulette and Sic Bo, all of which are un-allowed games. By playing those games, you’ve violated the Terms and Conditions which voids all winnings.

OK, I was under the impression that the PRC was a deposit method like any of the others, where there is no restrictions or play threw. I will not be using the PRC again after learning this.
