Royal Vegas Casino - Took deposits from 3rd party card, but refused to process withdrawals back to the same card

Royal Vegas Casino have taken $4000 off me cause i had a 3rd party card and im not allowed to have a 3rd party card well if im not aloud to use a 3rd party card on my account they should never of let me use the card to deposit money into my account in the first place... is that how they scum people is let them deposit from another card so if they win they can just take your bank account details and take your money.... its wrong cause not only did they take my bank accounts details they have 3 numbers on the back and they also got my mates bank details and there 3 numbers on the back of there card and my mates drivers license details who to say they want take money from either one of them cards i reckon they would cause they rob every player they can... i did everything right i sent them all the documents i had my bank account my mates bank account and there drivers licenses me and my birth certificate and a hand written letter from my mate saying that they allowed me to take money from there card and they signed it.... i took photos of everything they sent me and what i sent them i took photos of $4000 that i withdraw.... they have gone against there own breach by allowing players to deposit from a 3rd party card as i said if we cant use another card on our accounts they should never let people deposit in the frist place... if i dont see the money in my bank account over the next few days ill take it even further then this they have stuffed one to many people around they a scumers

Our Terms and Conditions state clearly that" 1.2.1.5. are the true and lawful owner of the monies that you wager at the Casino. If using a credit or debit card, the Cardholder's name MUST be the same as the name used when registering with the site. Where this is not the case the account may be suspended. Where an account is suspended, You should contact Customer Support for details of our verification process. Any withdrawals that are made by bank wire or cheque will only be payable to the name used when registering with the site and if a debit or credit card has been used to deposit funds the name must correspond to the name registered on the card;"

Even though our system only alerted us several minutes later that you were using a name mismatched card, the card was locked and your deposit made from that card was refunded.

The money was not deposited back into my mates card i was playing for to days then as soon as i went to withdraw it they tell me to send throw details of the card hold front and back and his license front and back and a hand written letter witch did and signed if they had all ready put the money back into his account then y did they ask for all mine and his documents they shouldnt of done that here are some stuff i sent throw to them

The deposit was refunded to Mr Logan's card ending 8790.

The documentation requested from you and your friend will always be required in cases where other cards not belonging to the casino account holder have been used in order to prevent any chargebacks.

I have taken it to MGA cause its wrong if they knew i wouldnt get the money they had no right to ask for any of the bank details that they did its not right cause who's to say they aint gonna take money from either account they did wrong by asking for the docments and saying i wpuld get it and once the docments where sent throw they told me i want get the money

Based on the player's last testimony that she submitted this complaint in front of MGA, we consider this complaint unresolved until we receive an official decision from a licence authority from submitter or a casino management.
