I wish to make a complaint about allslots I have been waiting for my withdrawal from allslots had email sent on the 5th April asking for document which I sent received 2days later another email fund was returned didn't receive documents sent them again few days later funds returned again resent documents again I am then informed I have to use my bonus before I can make a withdrawal I use the bonus and make my withdrawal on the 14th transaction no 73854678 pending which I understand is for 24-48 hours on the 15th get email requesting documents again which I resend on the 17th I'm told have to wait til Monday for security as withdrawals aren't done on weekends on the 18 I'm told documents have been accepted my $2600 has been batched for processing it is now the 21st and still no money every time I contact there just seems to be more delays have even been on live chat quite a number of times and get differs answers each time I have also kept emails and screen shot chats as well why has it taken so long they are more than happy to take my deposits and I have not had any problems withdrawing small amounts but a larger amount feels to me like they keep delaying cause they don't want to payout
