Hello,askgamblers:) Thank You and good luck for Your fight for justice:) Can You please take care of my first issue with winbig21? I won 1076.5$ on winbig21,requested withdrawal already on oct 15, but it is still missing.Had live chat on 26th oct and operator answered me,that verification team is cheching my account and withdrawal will be with me in 1-2 days.Still no changes today.Can You,please, help me?

Hello!
There are no changes in my WINBIG account and no activity from their support team. I initialized chat today and operator just promised,that I`ll get my money soon and can continue playing this casino.

This case has been reopened upon submitter's request and we would like to give one more chance to both parties to reach to a mutual agreement on how to settle this issue.

This is my second complain about WinBig21 about the same issue! I deposited 200$ on WinBig21. I requested withdrawal of 1076.5$ on already October,which has not processed even using Askgamblers complain feature.On November 26th I reversed that withdrawal and requested new withdrawal devided in two parts.Still not processed despite numerous promises on chat. Yesterday(22.febr.) Winbig21 has locked my account due to absurd reason-incorrect password. I requested new password on email,but still account locked by now! What steps should I do next?
