Mr Ringo Casino - Delaying payment without reason

I decided to give this casino a try after i saw they offer novomatic games and i made some deposits and won some money 7000sek so i decided to make a withdraw last week and uploaded the neccesary documents. There is no way to track your withdraws while pending so i contacted chat support after 72 hours of pendingtime why i cannot see my transaction and after waiting up to 40 min for answer on live support i got an email that i needed to upload my creditcard aswell which i then did. Now for 4 days live chat has been telling me that my money will be sent "today" and still nothing happens and everytime i open live chat they answer instantly and as soon i mention withdraw they let me wait up to 30 minutes with answer and the only answer i get is "today" .
No bonus was involved in the winnings.
I have all the screenshots of my conversations with the support also an email where they state that my documents are aproved. I would appreciate all the help i can get to solve this matter.

Hello i have not recived a confirmation email about this, only email i have for the past 5 days is a promotion email about your summer games, but i talked to live chat in friday and they told me i would have my withdraw in my bankaccount tomorrow monday, i will confirm it as soon as i see the money on my bankaccount.
