BTC Casino - Delaying Payment of 3BTC

The very attractive, responsive btc casino that hosts all the top, well-known games from the best providers and boasts "Instant Cashouts", has delayed my withdrawal request since the 28th November 2015; The 24/7 "Support" have offered me only the best ambiguous and generic responses I could have never hoped for - Some of my favorites:

"I filed a request for the withdrawal of today. Wait, please."-2015-11-29 09:42:40

"The matter will be solved soon. Sorry for the delay."-2015-11-30 04:48:58

"I am sure the conclusion will be made in a short time."-2015-11-30 16:14:16

"I retransmitted request for withdr­awa­l."­-20­15-­12-04 10:53:02

After all the very uninformative, copy and paste responses have exhausted their clipboard; You will be sure to hear of the magicless "Financial Department", where, I am told, all these important people sit down and work hours on end to solve extremely complicated mathematical problems they are faced with, for instance - a Withdrawal Request.

I have been offered no explanation of why there has been, and still is, a delay in my payment.

The casino is unable to tell me when they will process my withdrawals.

The support team have explicitly said that they have no influence on withdrawal times and can only submit another request to the financial department to process my withdrawal.

The casino does not abide by its' own terms and conditions.

I genuinely feel cheated, frustrated and disappointed; They are more than happy to guide you on how to make an instant deposit and offer you all the information you desire; Then when you request your provably fair winnings from them, they can no longer help you and tell you "it's out of their hands".

Please be cautious about deciding if you wish to deposit and play at this BTC casino; read all the most up to date reviews available online - AskGambler, etc.

I sincerely hope this casino will make some effort to maintain their "reputation" as I have had, up until withdrawal request, enjoyed everything about it.
