Malibu Club Casino - Delaying payment and no answer from Live Chat or email support

I made a 2500 € withdrawal on Jly 24th.
On July 29th it was still pending .
I tried to contact support via Email but got no answer after that I tried Live Chat a few times but the only answer I get is they have to get in touch with finance department and after that contact me. But they never did.

So... Week 2 ended without any cashout. Got still 2600 pending. I tried again to get an answer from Support via email but in 2 weeks no reaction! Then i tried livechat again a few times. They kept saying that the payment will be done soon. finally I called Phone Support. final Statement was that my documents, which I had to send in again, will be checked the end of this week and that i can expect the payment early next week. So I will wait till next week and hope that MCC will be fair and finally cashout.

So. Today i tried again contacting Support via Phone. I tried this morning and later at night. And guess what they kept telling me... Right!! they have to contact finance and will get back me!! For two weeks i get the same answer and did Not even get an email back!!

I think thats it.

LiveChat doesnt respond any more and phone Support puts me on hold as soon as they here withdrawal request.
Seriously I tested it...
at my last call I mentionend it after a few minutes and the answer was directly " let me put you on hold"
