I requested a withdrawl for 412.50 on march 31 /16, all necessary doc.were on file. the withdrawal was approved on same day and I was told the claim went to the processor to have a check cut. Well may 31st or two months in is approaching fast and I still have not receive my withdrawl. is there any reason this process should take so long, It didn't take this long when I would make a deposit to play ruby slots online.

I've looked into your account and I do see that a payment has gone off. I would expect to see tracking on this by mid-week (next week) and generally once I receive tracking, payment arrives the following day.
