I have been trying to get my withdrawal processed for £170 for the past few days from this casino. I joined last week and sent in proof of i.d. I used my PayPal account to deposit funds but the name on the account is in my old married name (I am changing this right now with PayPal - should take a day or two to change). I have explained this and sent in proof of this but still haven't heard anything. I am just looking to get some kind of answer from them how much longer this will take but haven't heard anything yet. It is not a huge amount of money but it is approx. what I have spend with them - so they haven't lost anything. I am just looking for my winnings back now, I didn't take any bonus from them either, so should be very straightforward. It has now been 5 days. I then came on here and am now worried, as they seem to have quite a few unresolved cases. Please help, thanks.
