Mr Ringo Casino - Delayed 2400 Euro Withdrawal for almost two weeks

I deposited 70 Euro on May 17th and won a little.
So i try to withdraw an amount of 2400 Euro the same day. After that i send them the verification documents and thay told me that everything is ok and that they will send me my money to my Bank Account.

On May, 19th i asked the Chat Support the first time if there is a Problem, because I couldnt see the Withdrawal in my Transactions. So they told me, that the withdrawal would be procceded later that day. In the Evening I could see the Withdrawal in my Transactions on my Cacsino Account. Since that Day nothing happens and I still have no Money on my Bank Account. The Chat Support told me, that they often have Problems with Delayed Payment because of their Bank in Malta.

I think its not ok, that they wright a Time of 4-5 Days for Withdrawals on their Website but after 12 Days I Still dont have the Money on my Bank Account. The Standard Time for a Withdrawal in the EU from Malta to Germany is exactly 1 Day.

The Chatsupport also told me that they Asked their bank Support and aren't getting an Information since 3 Days now.

The Financial Department should write me an email, but the last Mail I got from them was a week ago.
