LeoVegas Casino - Delayed Withdrawal of £108,000

I requested a withdrawal of £104,000 on 3/4/16 and I feel like I am just being fobbed off by the customer service. Don't get me wrong, the majority of them are very friendly but what is the reason they are there when they have no power to actually do anything useful? They have given me no time frame for a withdrawal which they originally said was 2-5 working days. Then I was told within the next two days....then I was told they will push it forward for me.....now i'm told that it is in a queue! I must note that I have not been contacted directly by LeoVegas at all, I have had to go onto chat every time. My documents were all sent on 2/4/16 and some on 3/4/16. I've requested for the "payments department" to contact me to at least give me an idea of how long i'm looking at. I was told it was due to the amount however, previous to this I had £4000 pending and nobody contacted me about that either so I doubt this is true I think that it's just a case of long pending times in the hope that I will spend it.

This title needs to be adjusted to £104000 please. The previous pending withdrawal of £4000 I refer to is included in the £104000.

A wire transfer of the players winnings have been arranged today. The winnings should arrive within the next 5 business days.

I have not yet received the winnings into my bank but I will update as soon as I do. Thank you for your help.
