Delayed withdrawal by BGO Casino

Hi,I checked in at bgo casino,made a deposit of about 3700GBP and won 22000GBP,I made a withdrawal of 5000GBP which was processed withing 24hours.After that I made 2 separate withdrawals of 5000GBP because within 24 hours of each other and bgo requested some documents which I sent to them about 2 weeks ago.Since then my withdrawals have been in waiting status.BGO has been delaying my withdrawal and and I have sent couples of email,I have had live chats and nobody seems to be giving me decent explanation.I was told once that a manager called Andrew is handling my case and nothing has been done till now about my withdrawals.The worst part was that I went back to the casino and I lost the 10000GBP balance I had on my I account.Initially I was been understanding when I was told they doing security check on game play but it seems it's a deliberate act by bgo to delay my withdrawals.I made plans to travel for a short holiday but had to cancel because they have delayed my payment.Has anyone experienced the same thing with bgo please as nobody seems to have a definate answer for me at the customer department.The customer sevice assistant I chatted with was the most unhelpful person ever.Any advice for a lady getting stiched by bgo pls?

Hi.

I still have not been paid my winnings by bgo.The last message was from one of the managers called Andrew.He left a comment on here,and he sent me an email saying they will get back as soon as possible and up till now,I have not heard anything from bgo.
