Mr Ringo Casino - Delayed withdrawal & Account closed

Hello, I opened a account at Mr Ringo about 9 days ago.
I was given a welcome bonus, played and lost. Later on I made a deposit without bonus, and where lucky and won up to 4900 euros.
Later on I lost a bit, and finally I had about 2700 euros left.
I made a withdraw with trustly, and due to security reasons I was asked for several documents I order to have my account verified. Since that is standard, I provided them with everything and later on received an email telling me that the verification was approved. I have attached a photo of the email.
I still have not received any money to my account, and today when I tried to log in my username and password does not work. When trying to reset them I receive a message telling me that no such email is registered even thou I have several emails to them and from them with this email.

I need an answer to what is happening, I am one minute away from contacting the police. And no as meets is given by their customer support, I have emailed them regarding the withdrawal since last Thursday.

Are you sure that you have the correct password? If not, would be a good idea to change it.

The technical team has informed me that yesterday, 22.08.2016, there was some maintenance being done, this was between the hours of 6.00AM to 9.40AM which may have caused problems.
