Eurofortune Casino - Delayed withdrawal for over a month now

I have a withdrawal still pending from 16h December 2014 for 50€.
After contacting the casino via chat they told me I will receive my money before the 19 january 2015.
But today they have fenced my account on eurofortune without explication. And of course I didn't receive the 50€.

Hi there,

The player in question received the withdrawal of 50 euro in January via Neteller. We'd like to get a confirmation here from the player but the complaint has been resolved.
