African Palace Casino - Delayed Withdrawal

I made a withdrawal on this site on the 3rd of May for $285. After numerous attempts to resolve this they are still saying the finance department are aware of my withdrawal... I had emailed them directly but only received 1 response saying to keep waiting over a week ago.
They are totally unwilling to help at all any more
In a chat session the operative even told me that they may keep my money!

So Frustrating as they represent Playtech and I deposited in good faith on this site.

Yes you have replied asking for ID after 10 working. Days since I requested the withdrawal. I have sent this over at 9:50 am today. Please can you confirm that this had been received and that this step will not further delay my transaction.

I still have not received any money into my bank account. They say it was paid to my debit card on the 20th. I seriously doubt this now as I.should have received it by Friday at the latest. Very disappointed once again

Please can you respond African Palace Casino. on the 20th you advised me that a payment had been sent to my debit card but this still hasn't been received to my account. Again I am really disappointed with the huge lack of service here.

The money has miraculously appeared in my account via international bank transfer. Thanks for your assistance with this. I now consider the matter closed.
