Mr Ringo Casino - Delayed withdrawal

Hello!

I withdrawed around 10 000 SEK (around 1k €) from Mr Ringo. After a few days after that i didn't hear a s*it from them i contacted them and they then said that they need documents from me so they could verify my account, why didn't they even contacted me about this? Emailed me or something? Oh well, i then e-mailed them all documents that they need and after that i didn't hear anything from them. When i contact them through their live support they are just saying that my documents have been looked through yet and thay my withdraw haven't been looked at either by the "financial department" whatever that now means...

I'm so sick of waiting to hear from them so i just think that they screwed me. I haven't heard ANYTHING from them about my documents or withdraw, NOTHING! All they keep on saying is just that the "financial department" will soon look at my withdraw/case and that they after that will contact me. But like i said, i haven't heard a shit from them for about a week now. NOTHING!

I just want to get my money now. I just want to know WHEN my money will be send, i don't care about that "our financial department will take a look at your withdraw and then contact you", that is just bullshit. I just want to hear from them saying WHEN i will receive the money that they owe me.

If i don't hear from them tomorrow (friday) i will push it forward.

Really? No answer at all Mr Ringo? Well done lads... Good luck with your site. My friends at IBAS and MGA (Malta Gaming Authority) will make sure u will get your license taking away.
