Prism Casino - Delayed jackpot payout

I hit a big number on a Prism Casino Game on May 3. I have been through the proper verification guidelines and everything was approved for payout, albeit slowly, on May 19. At that time I was told 10 business days. No I am told there is a delay in payouts and they do not know when I will be paid, although the continue to say I will be paid. They have me an e-mail address to which I sent my complaint, but that person never responded and it's been more than a week. In 18 days it will be 2 months since hitting this jackpot. No casino on the planet takes this long.
