Planet 7 Casino - Delayed payments for over 8 weeks

I have 5 withdraws May 1, May 8, May 26, June 6, June 15. I had the first 3 declined on May 26 due to request of copes of utility bills that were requested after the fact...On May 27 I submitted the requested items and it took another 5 days to approve. I was hopeful that it would be another week.....nothing yet. I have experienced another online casino that was slow in paying (approximately 4-5 weeks) but they always paid. I continued to play and deposit knowing this, that is why I have 2 more withdraws.....I kept depositing. The last 2 withdraws were approved rather quickly.........but I have not received one payment. Please, please I need help. I did call customer service but I got a bunch of words with no answers.

Hi gloria1940--

I'm terribly sorry for the delays and frustration you've experienced with this.

I've looked at your account and I do see that indeed, the first four of your payments have been sent off. I would expect to see tracking for this, early next week (Monday or Tuesday). Generally, payment is delivered the day after we receive tracking.

The fifth withdrawal will be paid early next week, so I would expect you'll receive this by week's end. I'll be monitoring your account to ensure that goes off accordingly.

I'll update as soon as I have your tracking.

I've checked on tracking and it's not yet come in, but I know the payments have been sent. I'll check again tomorrow afternoon and get back to you.

Hi gloria--

I've received tracking on your payment and I do see that FedEx attempted delivery earlier today--you'll find a door tag when you arrive home.

Also, I've checked on your next payment and that has already gone off. I would expect to have tracking on that, early next week. ;-)

Yes, I see through tracking that I missed it, usually there is someone always home......tomorrow for sure someone will be there. I will follow up tomorrow when I receive check and I would like to keep open until the 2nd check comes. Thank you for your follow through.
