Planet 7 Casino - Delayed Payments of $7200.00

I've been waiting for 4 withdraws for over the Casinos processing time frame. I was approved for 1502.00 on 6/10/16 1781.00 on6/13/16 1712.00 on 6/16/16 and 2288.00 on 6/20/16 but none have been sent to payment according to planet 7. They never can tell me why or when they just keep on saying that they are escalating the issue. I really like this casino but wish that payment came in the appointed amount of time. Please can someone help

I would like to update everyone. I talked with my VIP host Megan and I should be receiving Two payments by no later than the 25th of July. At that point another one should go out so I will continue to keep this open even though no one from planet 7 has responded to this post as of yet.

I'm sorry for my slow reply here, along with the frustrations you've experienced with this.

I've had a look at your account and I do see that two payments have been sent off. I would expect that you'll see these reflected in your account no later than early next week.

I also see that there are two more payments pending, which I'll continue to keep an eye on. Of course, I'll update this thread accordingly.

I would like to update everyone that two more payouts have been received today just waiting for one more. I would like to thank Planet 7 for the quick response in this matter. I will post when the last is received

As of this morning I have received all the four payments from Planet 7. I would like to say thank you for the fast actions taken by them. Like I said I truly love this casino and have had nothing but pleasant experiences with them. This was an out of the normal circumstance and that is why I was concerned. Not that I would not receive payment just the time it was taking the processor to send payment. Once again thank you planet 7. This complaint has been resolved.
