I have two payments that have not been sent. Every time I ask they give me the run-a-round and say to contact Ally. I don't know if there is an Ally since the only response is an automatic reply. Sister to Planet 7 seems to mean same issues as Planet 7. Just would love to be paid then I am done. But if I do not get paid I will just keep on posting in an attempt to warn people not to play here since they can take a payment but not make a payment.

Hi MYoung--

I'm very sorry for what you've experienced with this.

I'm not in the office today (it's a holiday here in Costa Rica), but I will make it a priority to look into this issue once I return to the office tomorrow (Tuesday).

So tried withdrawals department and now this casino is saying the same as Planet 7 that doc's are missing but they would not approve the winnings if there were no documents. Which is why I sent them in the first place to get approved which I was. So what excuse is there going to be next. I would rather you say we just don't have the money yet instead of being lied to.

I've taken a look at things and I do see that everything is in order. Both payments ($1400 and $600) are off to processing and I would expect that you'll see the funds reflected in your account no later than early next week (possibly by this Friday).
