Lucky 31 Casino - Delayed Payments

Hi.
I sign up at Lucky31 the 22 of aug and depositet. 700 Euro.
I sent in all my kycs the same day and the were good and handle this within 24 hours.
That was very good of them.

I manage to play up to 9000 euro and i asked them about withdrawals.
They told me that i can withdrawal 1000/day and 5000/week.

The send me the first witdrawal of 1000 a couple of days after and they told me the will send 1000/day until i reach 5000 and the week after that the other 4000.

I only got 3000 of my 9000 so far and today its 8 days since i asked for the withdrawals.

I played up 2 of them yestoday but still waiting for 4000 Euro.

This is the last email i got from them today and i will not answer them anymore.

They just tell me to wait and wait and wait.

Agarding the term its up to 7 days now and nothing still happens.

The screenshot is from today 31 of aug.

So what can i do im in their hands.

I played on many casinos and the kyc is always around 24 hours.

Witdrawals up to 48 or 72 hours.

I read the terms on lucky31 before i started to play.

Still missing 4000 or at least 2000 regarding their 1000/day role.

My kyc was verified before i could do any withdrawals beq withdrawals is not possible if your account is fully verified.

Its only 4K left to withdrawal.

1. When the KYC process was begin i sent in 20 dokuments of everything i have.
2. I used trustly when i make the deposit and you couldnt make withdrawals thru trustly so i deposited 10 Euro with skrill and also 10 Euro with med credit card to vaildate my account. Including the skrill deposit receipt and the visa receipt i totaly sent you 24 documents to prove my identity. Is not that enough to validate my identity?

I send in a Screenshot of everything i sent in in the first mail 20 papers.

The withdrawals was made the 23 of aug.

I receive 33 % of my withdrawals the first week and i dont think thats enought.

But what else can i do im in your hands like always.

I still dont think i will receive my withdrawals from you in weeks.

I have a bad experince of Curacao registrated Casinos Crazywinners.com and Wintingo.com say exact the same when the money were dealayed.

From them i didnt receive my winnings and still not got the payment from them.

So prove now that i can trust you as a casino and approve the withdrawals.

The delays are only for you want the player to cancel the withdrawals and play for them until everything are lost.

The 4K i have left i will not play for even if i have to wait until the end of this year.
