Planet 7 Casino - Delayed Payments Again

So once again I have two payments that have been delayed for a different reason this time. Now Planet 7 is saying that some of my cards have not been verified which is funny because these are still the same cards that have been on there since I have received all my other payments. So I have sent the info again for the 3rd time. First time to Megan 2nd to Marty 3rd to new email.
I don't understand what is going on with this casino. I just want to be paid and then I am done. I win a lot here but not worth the trouble and the run-a-round. Can some one please reach out to me with some answers that make sense?

Hi MYoung--

I'm very sorry for what you've experienced with this.

I'm not in the office today (it's a holiday here in Costa Rica), but I will make it a priority to look into this issue once I return to the office tomorrow (Tuesday).

I tried withdrawals department again today and same story missing doc's. They originally denied my withdraw request due to missing doc's so I sent them and was approved so now that it is time to pay again where did they go. Will keep trying since Tawni still has yet to reach me. Remember it's okay with me if more time is needed just don't make up stories to buy time that's just childish. Just say we need a little time to pay. Give an honest time frame and make it happen.

Just as I explained in your other thread, all is fine with your withdrawals. The wires for these withdrawals ($820 and $1010) have already been initiated and I would expect you'll see the funds reflected in your account, no later than early next week (if not sooner).
