Planet 7 Casino - Delayed Payments

I won a substantial amount of money back in March. I have 5 withdraw approvals, 4 of them have surpassed the 20 business day standard as listed on Planet 7 withdrawal processes. Those approvals were on 4/11, 4/18, 4/26, and 5/10. I have contacted customer service multiple times with no help or any definitive answer to my problem. I was told to speak with "Ally" who is an "escalations manager". She never seems to give me any real answers, some of her messages seem like they are cut and paste as I have received the same message multiple times when inquiring about my payments. I believe i have been patient enough as it has been 50 days since April 11. If someone can really look into this, that would be great.

I'm sorry for the slow reply...

I'm home right now, so I'm unable to access all of the notes on your account. I do, however, see the approvals, as well as a note regarding payments being sent. I'll have to speak with our Finance Department in the morning to get accurate information for you.

I received an email from Ally on Friday (June 3) in regards to sending out two payments with a promise of tracking numbers but still have not heard anything yet.

I've received tracking this morning and I do see that there are two payments which will be delivered to you, today ($1,750 each). :-)

Two more payments in the same amount have already been sent off, so I would expect delivery on these by this time next week.

I'll continue to monitor this and update as required.

I'm sorry I wasn't able to update yesterday (I had to take a day off), but your tracking did come in and I see that three payments ($1750 each) were delivered to you this morning. ;-)

Just one more payment to go and it looks as if that will be delivered to you no later than this time, next week.

I've checked up on your account and I do see another wire should clear your account anytime, now. Additionally, your next wire will be going off in the next few days, so you should have that no later than this time, next week. ;-)

Please check your account again and confirm if you've received the wire. I do see that the processor completed and confirmed the payment on their end and there's been no rejection of the wire by your bank.

Your next payment is scheduled to be sent off in the morning, but I'm a bit anxious to send it until I know for certain you've received the last payment.

Hey Tawani,

I did receive it yesterday afternoon.
After this wire however, is there anyway we can continue to send checks? This payment was 50+ dollars short on top of an additional fee from my bank.

Absolutely you can switch to checks. I asked Lea (yesterday) to contact you regarding this and I do see from the notes on your account that she's sent you an email.

If you haven't already, please respond to her email so we can get moving with your payments. :-)

For whatever reason, the tracking on this only just now reached my desk. The great news is that amerlino's final payment was delivered last Thursday (7/28).

I'd once again like to apologize to amerlino for the headaches he's endured through this. He's been truly a pleasure for me to deal with as we sorted through his withdrawals.
