Planet 7 Casino - Delayed Payments

My first experience with planet 7's withdraw process took months to finally receive payment. The request kept being denied due to documentation. I had sent all of my documentation multiple times but kept being told it wasn't received. This went on for months even after sending it to the "managers" email but I didn't make a big deal about it and figured it was technical issues.

Now I currently have 2 approved withdraws that I haven't received. The first in the amount of $1726 was approved on January 13th (8 weeks/ 38 business days). The second withdraw for $1741 was approved on January 27th (6 weeks/28 business days). The approval emails state you can expect payments to be made in 10-20 business days. The times i have called I'm told it has been sent to processing and i will receive a tracking number within the week.
Next weekend is my long awaited honeymoon and it would have been nice to have been paid within the time frame that they state.

Hi Ruger216,

First, I'd like to apologize for the extreme delays. We experienced a significant backlog, but I'm happy to say we're finally over the hump.

I'm also happy to say that both payments are in transit and the tracking shows they're scheduled to be delivered tomorrow (Wednesday, March 9th).
