I was approved for my first withdrawal on July 6th. I have 9 withdrawals coming to me. 232.00­,10­0.0­0,3­78.0­0,­145.00­,16­0.0­0,1­20.0­0,­203.00, 221.00 and 100.00. It is August 11th. I have received emails notifying me that all my withdrawals were approved except the last two. I have been working with my VIP host and she is very friendly, however It's been over 2 months and I still have not received any payouts. At first I requested paperchecks and then a different VIP host told told me if I do direct deposit it should speed up the process. I have provided them all the documentation they need to do direct deposit. I have been told several times I just have to wait. How long should I wait? I saw several complaints about Planet 7 on this site so I am hoping this might help me get me my withdrawals I really hated to have to file a complaint because all the customer service reps. are very friendly and my VIP host that I have assigned to me now really seems to be trying to help me. I read all the terms and conditions and have followed every one of them. I just want my winnings of 1659.00 minus the fees.

Hi Renee--

I'm very sorry for what you've experienced with this.

I'm not in the office today (it's a holiday here in Costa Rica), but I will make it a priority to look into this issue once I return to the office tomorrow (Tuesday).

I am so happy to report that I have a deposit pending in my checking account for 1414.00 Planet 7 paid me in full all at once minus the fees that I knew there would be. I am so that I made the complaint because I finally received all my money that was owed to me. I have one to go but that one is only 2 days old. I hated to make the complaint because all the customer service reps. are friendly and very easy to get a hold of on the phone. I'm glad that AskGamblers is to help us out when we need it.
