Gorilla Casino - Delayed payment, wrong information, no response

Fount this casino on news site ************* and opened account. Deposited money via neteller. Won and submitted cashout of €1.500. Emailed support asking how long the cashout process times are - no response. Then contacted the website where i found this casino. They were helpful and contacted gorillacasino.com on my behalf. Answer was that cashouts are being processed within 48h. Supplied me with email of an "Eric Gauthier" of gorillacasino. Emailed him, no answer. Live Support option on gorillacasino.com has not been working the past 2 weeks.

I have resent the mail using 2 different email accounts and providers. I didn't receive any notification that the mail wasn't delivered incorrectly nor did i experience any trouble with my email account. Anyways, in order to make sure, i post the mail here as well:

hi, no update and no reaction. on the 15th i was able to reach the live support for the first time in weeks. there is no response from email support. what happened in that live chat session, you can see on my screenshot:
