my first check withdrawal was approved on August 15, 2016. Just wondering when you will send? Like it take long time, wow, my other withdrawal for $926 has been sitting there since 7/27. Would like to get paid both withdrawals so i can start playing again. thank you

Hi Viv--

I'm terribly sorry for the delays you've experienced with this.

I've taken a look at your account and I do see the first payment of $2500 has been sent off to the processor. I would expect your tracking to come through no later than Monday, although more likely, by this Friday. As soon as your tracking comes through, I'll update this thread.

Regarding the balance of your payments, we'll be issuing another check, early next week--hopefully, you'll have that in hand before the end of the week. Of course, I'll update you on this, was well.
