Palace of Chance Casino - Delayed Payment of $2325

Around 8-15-16 I made a withdrawal of $2500. On 8-18-16 my documents were approved. On 8-26-16 a check was approved for $1162 and on 9-7-16 a check was approved for $1163. My payout was split into 2 payments equaling $2325 which reflects the bonus being deducted which is correct. I have contacted live chat inquiring about the delay but was unable to get questions answered. I have emailed casino support on two different occasions and received an automated reply that I would receive a response from casino support in one business day. Both times I never received a response and both times the automated response assigned the same ticket number to my inquiry! It seems that I am being ignored. I would expect much better customer care from this online casino based on experiences with other casinos. Please help me get this resolved as soon as possible. Thank You.

I'm so very sorry for the delays you've experienced with this.

I've looked at your account and I do see the tracking on your first payment already has come through--I've sent this to you via private message, here at AskGamblers.

Your next payment has been sent off to our processor and I'd expect to have tracking on this by mid-week, next week. As soon as that tracking comes through, I'll come back to update this thread.

I have received both checks as of 10-07-16. Consider this issue resolved. Thank you for your assistance and Palace of Chance for your quick resolution.
