Slots Plus Casino - Delayed Payment/Unavailable Customer Service

I have waited over 2 weeks for my payout and have received no information about its progress. I requested a $5000 payout on 8/23/15; I was then asked to verify some information, which I quickly gathered and submitted in a timely fashion. Since submitting all of this information around 2 weeks ago, I have received absolutely no word on the progress of my payout. Additionally, I am unable to find a number to call Slots Plus Casino, and their online chat system is currently unavailable (even though it states that they are "online" and it is during their normal business hours). Finally, my withdrawal looks to be split up into $500 and $1000 increments - this will undoubtedly slow down the already incredibly slow process it has taken to process my withdrawal. As a first time Slots Plus customer, I am shocked that it has taken such a great deal of time and energy to obtain my winnings - my withdrawal has not even been approved yet, it is only marked as "requested". If my payout cannot be processed in a timely fashion, I cannot see myself continuing to use this casino.
