I have patiently waited for one withdrawal that was approved for payment on June 3rd, which is 41 business days ago and another withdrawal approved for payment on June 23rd, 24 business days ago. I am becoming concerned since the only way that I can get information is to call, I have yet to recieve a single email or call offering information. I am now told that possibly one payout might happen tomorrow, but I should call back and verify. Even if it does go out tomorrow I should be prepared to wait an additional 10 business days. That would be a total of 52 business days since approval and over two months since the win! I am owed two 2500.00 wins and I am seriously concerned.

I'm so very sorry for the delays and frustrations you've been through with this. I'm now involved, and I'll do everything possible to resolve this as quickly as possible.

I'm not in the office until Monday, so until then, I don't have access to your account information. I'll be looking into this first thing when I get into work and I'll come back and update this post, accordingly.

Tawni, thank you for your respose. I called VIP support on Wednesday and was told that one of my withdrawals was sent out but it would take ten banking days until I saw it in my account. I really want to say how very discouraged I am with the casinos pay out times. Please feel free to look at my account and you will notice that it has been an awfully slow process. Not to mention that I was told that after I finally recieve my withdrawal, it will be another ten business days until the second withdrawal is released, then ten more days until I see it in my bank. That will be 30 days between the two. What I find confusing is the fact that that one withdrawal was approved for payout on June 3rd and the second on June 23rd but still are not released for actual payment for two months. Pleaee see what you can do to speed up this process, especially for the second withdrawal.

Hi Patrick--

Geeze, I'm so sorry. For whatever reason, I never added you into my 'to do' list. I can't apologize enough for this.

I've looked into your account and I see that both payments were uploaded to our processors, yesterday. With this in mind, I would expect you'll see these payments reflected in your bank account no later than early next week.

I do apoligize for not responding sooner. Tawni did in fact make sure I was paid and the money was wired early in the week on Tuesday. Thanks Ask Gamblers
