Good day Mr. Patrick. As you know, when we first uploaded the payments to you you had provided us with the wrong account information. It wasn't until our provider advised us that the payment to you was returned due to 'no account/unable to locate account' on November 17th that we learned this information. We contacted you asking you to verify your information provided and you replied on November 21st stating that you had missed entering "a 1 at the beginning of your the account number". In the interim we uploaded the 3rd $1,000.00 using your original instructions provided (because we were not aware that the information was incorrect) and that came back as well on November 27. We re-uploaded your first 2 x $1,000.00 on November 26th and the 3rd $1,000.00 this morning after we received confirmation that the payment sent on Nov. 4th was returned. All of this information was provided to you. Your payments are enroute. We apologize for the delay but in this case it was because the information you provided us with was incorrect. Please contact our Finance Department, as you have done in the past, if you have any further questions. Thank you.

Still have not received funds and confused about total . I requested a total of 3 separate requests for $1000.00 each and have been told 2 for $1000.00 and $798.00 sent to my bank on 11/27 and another for $1000.00 the following day. You can close dispute. Too stressful trying to get a payout from this casino. Thank you.

Please contact our Finance Department for an explanation as to why $202.00 was deducted from the first withdrawal and please confirm receipt of the payments sent. They should have landed in your account by now. The payments were confirmed by our processor as being successfully sent. Thank you
