It has been over a month since my withdrawals, one of $150, and the other of $200.
One was approved for sure because of the emails I got, no idea what happened to the other, because there isn't any notification.
I have emailed "ally" and got an automated response saying they would contact me in 3 to 5 days. It's been over a week, and I've sent 3 emails on the matter hoping it would seem urgent enough.
No response still today.

The good news is that your payment has already gone off and I can see by the tracking that it is set to be delivered to you today, by 4:30 PM. :-)

Why is my payment only $300, when I requested a withdraw of $350?

Hi Kayla--

The reason for the shortfall is simple: With your $150 withdrawal, you'd deposited $50 using your Players Rewards Card (PRC). The PRC has a maximum withdrawal allowance of 2 times the amount of the deposit--$50 deposit x 2 = $100.
