LeoVegas Casino - Delayed payment, problems contacting support

I withdrew £90 and was told it would be transferred back on to my bank card in 3-5 working days but it's been over a week and have heard nothing from them i went onto leo vegas site and clicked contact us button was forwarded to an email page explained what happened and then received an email from casino daemon saying it was not through their site and still no money on my card
