Planet 7 Casino - Delayed Payment

On May 29, 2016 I submitted the paperwork for withdrawal followed up and with Planet7 and the did not have it so I resubmitted all paperwork again. The withdrawal request was approved on June 6, 2016. On June 8, 2016 I contacted the casino to verify that the process was moving forward. It was then I was notified to contact Robyn to verify more information that was already on the withdrawal forms. I did that the same day. June 9, 2016 Robyn verfies all information received and said 7-10 days for processing to go to third party and Planet7 would send info and tracking soon as the have it. On June 21, 2016 I asked Robyn for a status update she then informed my of a delay and she escalated this to Ally. I then sent an email to Ally and my VIP rep Khloe asking for information. Again they said it was a delay in payment. June 23, 2016 I received an email from Ally to set up bank wire. I responded the same day with the information requested. I contacted Planet7 via chat June 27, 2016 to check the status again. They placed me on hold and Ally responded to my original request for a status update and stated the request had been forward again to another department. I feel as though I'm getting the run around and I really love playing at this site. I may not be a big spender but I do spend enough to be a VIP member.

Hi Sherie--

I'm terribly sorry for the delays and frustrations you've experienced with this.

I've taken a look at your account and I do see the wire was sent off late last week. As today was a bank holiday, I'd expect the wire to hit your account in the next day or so.

Hi Sherie--

I'm so frustrated with this, as the wire should have arrived by now (I'm certain you're even more frustrated). :-(

As it's the weekend, I'm not in the office right now so I'm unable to check--I'll make it a priority to look into what's happened, first thing Monday.

I did recieve payment today in the amount of $669.35. I was told the amount would be $722 with no service fees. Could you please explain and look into for me. My back did charge a wire fee which was separate from the deposit amount.

I'm pleased to know you've received the payment.

Unfortunately, I cannot account for the shortfall, as I'm looking at your account and I do see that $722 was marked as paid. I will speak with our manager who is in charge of wires and ask that your paperwork be pulled so this can be verified. Hopefully, I'll have this information for you, tomorrow.

Please close the case. The amount wired is short by $50+ and P7 clearly stated to me no fees but i did recieve the majority of my winnings
