Silver Oak Casino - Delayed payment of winnings

I submitted a request to withdraw winnings in late May and the request was approved on June 1st. I have still not received the money I requested and keep getting told that payments have been delayed due to too many requests for withdrawals recently. I am owed $1840 by this casino and am extremely frustrated with how they handle things.
