5Dimes Casino - Delayed payment of $1500

I requested a payout for $1500 on April 25, 2016 (courier check) . It was approved the same day but now they tell me there is something going on with the processor and they are unable to submit the check at this time.
They tell me to keep checking back, there is no specifics given. According to them I can not request anymore payouts until I receive my first check.
Seems like stall tactic to me with them hoping I will gamble away any winnings I have. I have experienced delays like this with other online casinos but never from 5 dimes. Is anyone else experiencing the same problem?

I received my check via Fed Ex on May 11, 2016. I put in another request on May 7,2016 for $3000.00.

This is the response I received:

Your last check was requested 5/7/16, normally you can request a check every 7 - 8 business days as there is a delay with the checks, at the moment you are required to receive the previous one before requesting a new check.

I would recommend you to use options like DCFA, CCFA, money Gram or bitcoins,

Bitcoins is an excellent option, if you understand how to use it, you will see that it is very simple.

I explained to them I was not interested in Bitcoins and I did not see any need to send them the information on my debit card if they were not able to process at this time. I did a lot of research and read many reviews about online casinos from your site and also Casinomeister. Unfortunately I learned the hard way that there were some very disreputable casinos out there. I thought 5 Dimnes was one of the good ones as I heard about payouts being processed quickly (24-48 hrs). Can you please help me get my money?

Not sure if this is a coincidence or not but since posting here I actually received a call today from a Five Dimes representative (1st time receiving a call from them, in the past it was either live chat or email).
He stated there was some problems with processor but they have the issue resolved. Tomorrow he is going to request that I receive a VIP check for $5000.00 (normally there is a $3000.00 limitation).
I'll keep you posted
