Between May 5 and May 12, I had a good run of luck and won $1200. I feel like I have been getting the runaround from customer service. They are very nice but seem to get very little accomplished. They have gotten me to the point where my withdrawl is approved and Ally is now my contact, but I can not get here to email me. My withdrawl has been approved for between 3 to 4 weeks, and now the process seems to be at a complete standstill. I really like playing at this casino and I do make regular deposits but it really takes the fun out of gambling if you have to make complaints, just to get paid.

On 6/28/16 I received a check via Fedex. The check was for the right amount minus a fee for processing the check. I went into the bank and deposited my check. The bank teller said she thought the check would clear within a couple of days because even though it was a foreign check the amount was written in $US dollars. After my check clears I will happily continue to play slots at planet seven.
