Hi, betftv days after days delay my withdrawal requested on July 29th. Error to pay back on card.. and many mores. Each days Rachel or Annika tell me that would be paid today.. will get an email once withdrawal fully processed. Plus, hardly get any reply to any e-mail, but they are good to phones you to try you to make an deposit and to don't worry about the withdrawal.. that is old money! A real round around,

Just got this email :

we have been trying to send your withdraw money to your account but because of their casino policy your skrill account has not accepted it and yet somehow your bank account too rejecting it.
i will request you to please provide us any temporary account or for more information regarding this contact us on live chat

Because on credit card payment complication (why) i was asked by live chat to provide skrill info. I gave the info however.. i tell at least 10 times that skrill don't process any gaming transaction from North America. I made you're staff well aware that this option will not work.. Also Paul say that my bank account rejecting it too? BUT.. until today i have never give you ANY information to be able to send amount by wire?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

I deposit several times with my card and got paid each week at every place on this with no problem at all. Now i'm told that transfer from you to my card didn't work? When at the same time today.. i've received withdrawal from other companies?!

I would appreciate that you take care yourself from my payment.. not transfer to other departement and delays etc. I've provided by live chat info to do a wire transfer, bank transfer or swift transfer that will go directly in my bank account. If you don't have... just provide me with your email and i will send it personally to you. There's absolute no reason for a bank transfer to don't go. If you prefer a cheque with fedex.. it's can be an option... but would much prefer a wire transfer.

As requested from you're live chat (Annika), i have made a deposit using another card so you can process withdrawal on this one. If fail.. it's from your side.. not mine!!! Different card, different bank !! Thanks to confirm asap!!!
